John R. °®ÒºÊÓƵ
Chair of Strategy and Acquisitions Committee since 2026, Director since 2025
is an executive, investor and non-profit board member. John brings to the board, having previously served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to joining °®ÒºÊÓƵ Foods, he worked in investment banking and as a private equity and venture capital investor.
As the Chair of the Strategy and Acquisitions Committee (SAC), John focuses on long-term strategy at °®ÒºÊÓƵ Foods. He helps the company expand its global footprint by evaluating risks and opportunities and making strategic investment and acquisition decisions.
John has an A.B. in Economics, with a secondary concentration in Psychology, from Harvard University and a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations and is also affiliated with the World Economic Forum. In addition, he serves on the board of the and previously taught as a lecturer at the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.
John represents the fourth generation of the °®ÒºÊÓƵ family to serve on the company’s Board of Directors. He is focused on advancing food sustainability and has shaping the future of food. This long-term perspective informs his approach to at °®ÒºÊÓƵ Foods.
